Welcome to Water View Cottage! This charming two-bedroom, two bath home features a large wrap around porch with water views, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening meals. Inside you will find a beautifully remodeled kitchen with cathedral ceilings and colorful original artwork throughout.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, and a large en suite bathroom complete with jacuzzi tub. The guest room has a queen bed and a TV, and access to a shared bathroom in the hallway with a large, custom shower. There’s lots of space in the main living area for you and your guests to gather, and the sun room is a great place to curl up with a good book.

The cottage boasts a fenced yard for your pets, and the front garden is filled with herbs and flowers that make you feel like you’re in a private oasis. The sound access is directly across the street and is the ideal spot to put in kayaks or paddle boards. This cozy haven is a perfect blend of modern amenities and quaint charm, and we’re sure you’ll want to come back again and again!

Restrictions:
- Mail/ Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Please call our office for instructions to have mail/packages sent to the specific beach office for your rental.

- Summer Season Friday check-in only
- In the summer season, daily rentals are only available for booking within 7 days of the arrival date and require a 2 night minimum
- Parking is limited to 2 vehicles (Two spots on the grass)
-Hooks located around the property for wet bathing suits, please do not leave wet clothing on the furniture.
