Interior areas include a first-floor open plan with a dining area for six but could easily accommodate more. Adjacent to the dining room table is a breakfast bar. The kitchen has stainless Kitchen Aid appliances, dark Butcher Block counters, handsome backsplash tiling, a farm sink, and a convenient nearby half bath and laundry/pantry. Upstairs, the first bedroom suite offers a king, two closets, and a beautifully-appointed full bath. Bia's comes with the use of two golf carts and is ideally located not far from clubs, shops, and the Bald Head Island Conservancy.

Check-in and out days in summer season is Saturday-Saturday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 3:30pm check-in and 9:00am check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 3:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 9:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.
