Mellow Mood

This house is big! We had 8 adults and 2 dogs with us. We had plenty of room to spread out when we needed space and the common area was comfortable enough for us to be together.
The layout seemed a little awkward. The only way to get the roof top deck was thru a bedroom so it was an underutilized space. The common area was on the top floor. Many steps in between the front door and living room. The elevator was a God send for the matriarch and patriarch of our family and for bringing in all of our bags and supplies for the week. But, if you are claustrophobic steer clear of the elevator. Very easy and quick walk to the beach and restaurants.

Great vacation with extended family. Open area was plenty of room to gather together. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms were adequate for our use.

This was a lovely 2 week beach retreat for our families. The elevator was a great addition for our 84 year old grandmother, as well as the rest of us, especially unloading and loading! Clean, roomy, beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, convenient location within comfortable walking distance of beach and pier. Would suggest a larger refrigerator or 2nd one? Dryer was not working well and had to wait nearly the entire trip for a repair person to arrive. Dinner at Michael's Seafood Restaurant was superb. We made a couple of trips to the outstanding Bigger's Vegetable Stand and Blackburn Brothers Fish Market. One night we enjoyed a delicious seafood boil, too! Reservation process was convenient and professional, with check in/out very easy. Thank you!!

We have been staying there for many years. We appreciate all the new furniture, beds, paint and more. We love this place and look forward to returning if the prices don't change and the quality is great.
We cleaned our selves and cut the grass for the next renters.

upon our arrival the trash cans were completely full as well as the recycle was full.
The back burner on the grill was not working.'

We had a great time. Location was perfect. Rooms were very nice and conveniently located. No problem with any of the amenities. We really enjoyed it.

Was awesome. The house is new and updated, it is a duplex but the neighbors were great (given the size of the group we may have been a bit rowdy at times, glad that wasn’t a problem). Very close to the beach and large enough for a decently sized group. The living kitchen space is open and easy for everyone to be in! Some beach chairs are also provided in the garage. Dog friendly as well (had a couple of dog hairs on my comforter) but that was the only con the entire weekend! Would definitely stay here again. PS- rooftop is awesome.
